Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Footy Consultancy UAE, we aim to provide the best experience for our clients. If you need to cancel or modify a booking, please refer to the following terms:

Cancellation by Clients

Clients are permitted one cancellation without penalty, provided it falls within the refund timeframes outlined below. Following the first cancellation, any additional cancellations may, depending on the circumstances and at the discretion of Footy Consultancy UAE, be charged as a full lesson.

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7–13 days of the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Footy Consultancy UAE
In the rare event that we need to cancel a session or event, you will be notified promptly, and you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the session.

No-show Policy
Clients who do not show up for a booked session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
