These trips are an excellent opportunity for players to develop their skills, compete in international tournaments, and experience new cultures. To ensure that these experiences are safe, enjoyable, and well-organised, we have outlined important policies below related to health and safety, parental consent for minors, payments, and more.

Health and Safety Procedures

The health and safety of all participants are our top priority during football trips and tournaments. We are committed to ensuring a secure environment both on and off the pitch. Here’s what we do to ensure the safety of all players:

Travel Insurance
All players participating in trips are required to have comprehensive travel insurance. This will cover medical expenses, cancellations, and other unexpected events. We can recommend trusted insurance providers, or participants may provide their own insurance.

Medical Forms and Emergency Contacts
Prior to departure, all players are required to submit a completed medical form. This form includes essential health information such as allergies, pre-existing conditions, and emergency contact details. It is vital that this information is accurate and up-to-date. Players with specific medical needs (e.g., asthma, diabetes) must bring any necessary medications with them, and our staff will be fully informed of any such requirements.

First Aid and Medical Support
Each trip will be accompanied by qualified staff trained in first aid and basic medical response. We will also have access to local medical facilities should more advanced care be required. A first aid kit will be available at all times, and we will ensure that players are fully aware of how to seek help in case of injury or illness.

Safety Measures During Activities
Whether training, playing in tournaments, or sightseeing, we maintain strict safety protocols. Coaches and staff members will supervise all activities, and players will be given clear instructions on how to stay safe at all times. Players are expected to adhere to these guidelines, including staying in groups and following the instructions of the staff.

Parental Consent for Underage Players

For players under the age of 18, written permission from a parent or legal guardian is required before they can participate in any football trip or tournament. This consent form will cover:

  • Parental Approval: A statement that the parent/guardian consents to their child’s participation in the trip.

  • Emergency Contact Information: Contact details in case of an emergency during the trip.

  • Medical Consent: Authorisation for the trip leader or staff to seek medical treatment on behalf of the player if necessary.

  • Code of Conduct Agreement: Confirmation that the parent/guardian understands and agrees to the trip's code of conduct for players, including behaviour expectations, safety rules, and adherence to team guidelines.

Parents or guardians will also be provided with full details of the itinerary, including travel arrangements, accommodation, activities, and emergency contact information for the duration of the trip.

Payment Policy

Booking a spot on our football trips and tournaments requires payment in full at the time of registration, unless otherwise stated. Here are the key details regarding payments:

Deposit and Full Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due by a specified date (usually 4-6 weeks before departure). Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of the booking, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Payment Methods
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. Specific payment details will be provided upon registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a player needs to cancel their participation in the trip, we will review each situation individually. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the deposit and any non-recoverable costs incurred. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure will not be eligible for a refund unless under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons), and appropriate documentation will be required.

Travel Costs and Additional Expenses
The trip cost typically includes transport, accommodation, meals, and tournament fees. However, players may be responsible for additional costs such as personal expenses, sightseeing, optional activities, and any medical costs that may arise during the trip.

Code of Conduct and Behaviour Expectations

All participants are expected to uphold a high standard of behaviour during football trips and tournaments. This includes:

  • Respect for Coaches, Staff, and Fellow Players: Treat all staff, players, and individuals involved in the trip with respect and courtesy.

  • Adherence to Schedule: Players must follow the trip’s schedule, including wake-up times, meal times, and team meetings.

  • Safety and Teamwork: Players must follow all safety instructions and work as part of a team, both on and off the field.

  • Alcohol and Drug Policy: The use of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited, and any player found violating this policy will be sent home at the parents' or guardians' expense.

Parents will be notified if their child fails to adhere to these guidelines, and further action may be taken depending on the severity of the issue.

Itinerary and Updates

Prior to the trip, we will provide a detailed itinerary that includes flight details, hotel information, tournament schedules, training sessions, and sightseeing activities. Regular updates will be sent out during the trip to keep parents informed about the team's progress and any changes to the schedule. In case of any emergencies or unexpected changes, we will make every effort to contact parents or guardians as soon as possible.
